CITY VILLAS

A complex of urban villas was designed on a previously undeveloped area. Seven villas have six apartments each, the remaining two have four apartments each. The complex creates a distinctive whole that is consistent with the surrounding architecture. The urban design of the estate refers to Wrocław's urban villas with an open courtyard.

The facades are kept in subdued off-white colors with graphite additions, highlighted with wooden elements, color accents and balconies made of architectural concrete. The intimate layout is complemented by gardens and common space arranged as pedestrian and driving routes, parking spaces and landscaped greenery.
