MEDICAL AND OFFICE COMPLEX

The project includes a complex of public buildings with office, residential and medical functions, with the possibility of creating a hotel function in one of the buildings along with the necessary technical infrastructure.

The complex consists of three segments: an office and residential building and a medical building. The whole is a continuation of the development line marked by a residential building with a wall at the border of the plot covered by the scope of the study.

The divisions of the designed buildings refer to the divisions of tenement houses located in the development quarter in question. In each of the segments, the entrance zone is accentuated with a glass part of the facade, which gives the whole idea a rhythm analogous to the neighboring buildings and breaks the large volume into smaller fragments.
