MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS

A complex of three multi-family buildings with a common underground garage was designed on a previously undeveloped plot. The design created a distinctive whole that was consistent with the surrounding architecture. The urban design of the estate refers to the existing multi-family buildings. Particular attention is paid to creating the character of the facilities consistent with the provisions of the plan regarding the strict conservation protection zone.

Creating an appropriate scale of buildings and their arrangement with ridges parallel to the street respects the provisions of the local plan, which was also a design challenge. Thanks to the facades with an accent in the form of a brick drawing and the selection of materials for the roof covering - ceramic roof tiles - a consistent continuation of the multi-family development outlined by the Office for the Protection of Monuments was achieved.
