Modernization and reconstruction of an 18th-century building, adapting it to high-quality service functions. The main intention and architectural challenge was to restore the building while respecting its original character and adapting it to its new purpose and applicable regulations. The spacious interiors ensure comfort for users and employees, and also provide a wide range of design options.

On a historic street, within walls scarred by time, a modern, multi-functional center will be built, combining respect for tradition with modern solutions. A thorough transformation of the building is planned. The structure will remain faithful to the historic architecture, while the interiors will be rebuilt to create a vibrant space from the basement to the attic. Restored architectural details and exposed elements of the building, characteristic of the period in which it was built, emphasize its historic values, creating a space with soul.

The development also includes the revitalization of the area surrounding the building. The project involves restoring the original garden layout and creating a spacious parking lot surrounded by greenery. The inner courtyard is designed as a green space for respite and relaxation.
