On a previously undeveloped part of the plot, in the context of the existing hospital complex consisting of cuboidal buildings, a new structure, also simple in its form, was proposed. Rectangular in plan, single-story with a partial basement and a connector to the existing building. The rhythm of the windows, simple divisions on the façade and two symmetrically located main entrances give a sense of modernity and refer to existing buildings.
The interior is divided into two zones - radiotherapy and nuclear medicine. Two bunkers with accelerators for treatment with ionizing radiation, a computed tomography laboratory, a brachytherapy laboratory and large facilities for the medical team and technicians were designed.

The nuclear medicine center includes isotope laboratories, hybrid laboratories for PET-CT positron emission tomography, SPECT-CT scintigraphy and accompanying rooms. This modern center is a response to the needs of patients and medical progress. Designed as a place to use the latest methods in oncological treatment, using the diagnostic and therapeutic use of radioisotopes. The priority was to create a comfortable space for patients - spacious waiting rooms, pre- and post-treatment and consultation rooms are intended to emphasize the possibility of receiving medical care at the highest level.
