RECREATION CENTER

Construction of a commercial building, including comprehensive site development and technical infrastructure. The main goal of the project was to adapt the facility to function as a modern recreational center, while streamlining the circulation system and improving the accessibility and standard of outdoor spaces.

The existing, detached building with a compact, modernist form has been transformed into a multifunctional activity space for children and their caregivers. An extensive functional program has been designed within, including play areas, birthday rooms, relaxation areas, and dining facilities. The focal point of the design is a two-story recreational space connected by a "monkey grove" play system, integrating the ground and basement levels. A gym and a dance school are located on the first floor.

The project also includes a comprehensive reorganization of the adjacent area. New pedestrian and vehicle systems and parking spaces have been designed, including spaces for people with disabilities and electric vehicles. Entrance areas have been rebuilt, gaining a clear and presentable character, and existing greenery has been supplemented and tidied up, creating a user-friendly environment.
