SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

Access is via a centrally located pedestrian and roadway. Each apartment has a garden. Entrance to the apartments is provided directly from the outside, from the ground level. The buildings have a simple, compact shape and have a gable roof. The colors in shades of white and gray refer to the surrounding buildings, and the geometric divisions of the facade give a modern character. Comfortably designed apartments have become a response to the needs of people looking for real estate in a quiet and peaceful area and an attractive location. The estate's advantages include large gardens, functional room layouts and the use of modern and ecological solutions.

Two complexes of single-family buildings with elements of technical infrastructure were designed on previously undeveloped plots.  One complex includes seven single-family detached buildings with two residential units in each of them. A total of twenty-eight residential premises in fourteen single-family buildings. The complex of buildings creates a simple street layout with buildings located on both sides.
